Tea, in all respects, remains at the centre of Group activities. This includes Loose Leaf Packaged Teas, Naked Teabags, Envelope Teabags, Flavoured Teas, Infusions, Ready-to-Drink formats, Tea Premixes, Bulk Exports and Contract Packaging.
Fine Herbs, Coffee and Instant Coffee extend the gourmet range. Processing and Packaging Machinery grew out of the tea business to the point where KKV Tea & Coffee has achieved renown as a designer and manufacturer of quality packaging machinery and a reliable private label packager of non-food items.

BRANDS STORY
Surat, the first tea consuming, trading and exporting location in India c.1650, is where our family started tea trading four generations ago.
Our mentor, master blender, dear father and grandfather, the late Mr Suresh Jivraj Shah cultivated exceptional tasting, nosing and curating expertise, thereby setting the standard for subsequent generations.
We are led by his son, Mr Kiran Sureshbhai Shah, who took to the lush tea gardens of Assam at a young age and put his heart and soul into the discovery and blending of India’s finest teas.
Superb taste, texture, aroma and warm hues are typical of tea leaves from the Great Estates of Assam. Our OLD HARBOR premium fine blends preserve and enhance these natural qualities of Assam leaf by use of state-of-the-art techniques of blending, processing and packaging. MAPLE HOUSE BLEND and SUREEN teas are quality products intended for everyday drinking and institutional use. FOTHERGILLS branded 25kg packs are exported to packaging companies abroad. FOTHERGILLS RTD and Premix consumer products are in development.
