It is the flagship company of ‘MAYUR GROUP’. The company was started with a capacity of 25TPD and now currently running at 1000 TPD. For Vanaspati manufacturing, KEPL possess a well-equipped modern Plant of 300 TDP for producing its products. Company has enhanced its refiningand manufacturing facilities for various products at the same place. Currently, the plant can produce 800 MT per day of RBD Oleinand Vanaspati 200 MT per day. We also have production capacity of Rice Bran Refined Oil Physical 350 MT per day. We have, recently, setup a new Kolhu plant to crush 200 MT Mustard seed per day. We have a Solvent Extraction Plant with a capacity of 500 MT per day to crush Soya seed& 500 MT for Rice Bran.
It Was incorporated in the year 2000 to carry on business of millers and to manufacture the biscuits and bakery products, the company has fully automatic Plant and machinery which is imported from Bühler- a Switzerland based company. It is incorporated in year 2010 to do the business of Cashew kernels. In this plant, we convert Raw Cashew into fine roasted, sortedand evenly sized cashew Kernels and end up the process withthe vacuumed packing. Presently, company is trading the Cashew Kernels to institutional suppliers like Parle Products Pvt. Ltd. and ITC
It was incorporated in year 2012 for manufacturing of Raffia Bags. The production of the company has come up with its ideal capacity in the first week of November 2013 at Rania, Kanpur and since then we are manufacturing quality Products. We have finalized our plant and machinery from Lohia Corp. Ltd. This is Duotec Tapeline of 600 kg/hr, an extrusion coating from J.P Gujrat and LL (540 MT/P.A.). Seeking market requirement, we have doubled the capacity in year 2016.
Keeping in view the mass demand and consumption of Soya Products, KEPL has entered into the arena of Soya Products as well. The manufactured products are Soya Nuggets, Chunks, Granules. These products are distributed and marketed in the brand name ‘NUTREUM’. The manufacturing plant is fully automatic and modernized of “Grundy and Grundy Consultants” installed in the year 2012. The company has setup a Soya Nuggets plant with a production capacity of 100 MT per day.
In due course of time the company has setup new Cattle feed plant with Brand Name ‘APNA PASHU AHAR’ in same premise with a capacity of 500 MT per day in year 2017. The company has hired leading Bollywood actor Mr. ManojBajpai (BheekuMahatrey of film “Satya”) for promotion. Almost all leading News Channels and News Papers are publishing product advertisements in their respective sources.
For consumption of byproduct of oil plant the company has setup a soap and detergent plant in the year 2018, with a capacity of 100 MT detergent powder and 50 MT laundry soap per day.
We have setup our own Power plant with a capacity of 6.2 Megawattpower productions which will reduce the dependency on the government electric supplies in the same premise. It was a benchmark towards self-dependence for the company which stood our company quite ahead from competitors and other companies in the region
