Exports Private Limited, was formed in 2007 and is owned and controlled by the second generation of a famous Rajasthani business family with over three decades of hands on experience with sesame. This ia a major Indian intermediary food company manufacturing edible oil, specializing in Sesame in different varients. The company is accreted as a Govt. of India – Star Export House and certified by ISO 9001:2015 & 22000:2005, GMP, HACCP, HALAL, Kosher, FDA (Register Corp. – USA) and FSSAI – Government of India – Food Safety & Standard Authority.
In addition, it is also members of statutory bodies and export councils – Federation of Indian Export Organization (FIEO), Indian Oilseeds & Produce Export Promotion Council (IOPEPC) & Shellac and Forest Products Export Promotion Council (SHEFEXIL).
The company’s factory is located in Domjur, an hour’s drive from Kolkata – Netaji S.C.B. International Airport. The factory is spread on over 6 acres with the most updated production facilities. The ‘crushing unit’ comprises of imported modern machinery. Our crushing is ‘cold press’ with ‘one-single press’ pass only. Further, the mini oil refining unit is a combination of Taiwanese and European technology producing 50 tons per day capacity. The refinery uses ‘German activated carbon’ and chemicals in our refining process. The company credit’s itself for having an advanced in-house, hi-tech lab comprising of highly experienced food technologists. The lab check’s our seeds and oil at input & output of every stage to maintain superior quality. The factory’s total build up area comprising of factory, warehouse, office building, workers area etc. is in excess of 110,000 sq.ft (11,000 sq.mt) used for seed storage as well as equipped with large silos for oil storage.

Our sesame oil is tested for 372 types of chemicals and being free of heavy metal. Test reports are always available for every production lot. The company can arrange to send samples for further testing for chemical residue.
The sesame oil in bulk is exported in British origin, special 5 layered flexi tank containing 21.3 tons to various countries around the world. We also export worldwide in retail packaging (500 ml, 1 lt, 2 Lts, 5 lts & 20 lts) under our house brand – BNB. Products are shiped around the world to Mexico, USA, Canada, The Netherlands, Austria, Germany, Iran, UAE, Vietnam, China, Taiwan, Malaysia, Singapore etc. Private label is also in our product line.
