We are dedicated to supplying edible oil of the highest quality in accordance with international standards. Rigorous testing is carried out on raw materials sourced directly from farmers, with only those meeting the requisite specifications being selected. Our expert team oversees the entire manufacturing process, while GC and HPLC tests are conducted by our QA team to guarantee its validity and chemical nature. Furthermore, uniform attention is placed on packaging, supplying and distribution to ensure that the quality of the delivered product is maintained.

In order to take advantage of the convenience of easy connectivity to ports and national highways for supplying and exporting, a state-of-the-art infrastructure is located in Naroda, Ahmedabad. The facility is equipped with cutting-edge technology and machinery so that all market demands can be met. In addition, it acquires laboratories that have the latest testing equipment to ensure quality. Alfa Laval has set up an integrated, continuous manufacturing plant. As part of backward integration, the Company manufactures all its own packaging, whether it be tins, HDPE jars, PET bottles, or corrugated boxes. This results in a very cost-effective process that retains the quality of the product as well. From the raw material to the final packaging, the products are lab-tested at every stage.

We use state-of-the-art processing machinery to extract and refine edible oil variants using quality ingredients such as sesame, mustard, groundnut, etc. Spread over an extended area, the processing plant is maintained in the most hygienic conditions to prevent unfavourable impurities from entering. Production of edible oil and castor oil involves crushing, drying, flaking, expanding, and extraction processes.

We have hired qualified industry professionals specialising in sampling and testing edible oils and castor oils. Our products are AGMARK certified, which validates our good manufacturing practises as per the directives of authorised regulatory bodies. To avoid any risk of delivery faults, we emphasise quality standards in the packaging of products in addition to access to quality check arrangements for oil.
